Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Methods

• Payments can be made online via Visa and MasterCard or in-person by cash in AED.
• For credit card payments, a pre-authorization may be requested to verify sufficient funds. The amount will be captured upon service confirmation or released if the transaction does not proceed.
• ServisDom may collect payments on behalf of service professionals and will issue a receipt for every completed transaction.

2. Service Fees

• Service fees will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.
• All fees are subject to applicable taxes unless exempted by law.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
• Fees are generally non-refundable unless an error occurs due to ServisDom's fault.
• Refund requests must be submitted via email at support@servisdom.ae within 48 hours of service completion.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time by cancelling through the App or Website and/or by contacting our support team at support@servisdom.ae.
• A cancellation fee of up to the full service amount may apply for short-notice cancellations. Please refer to the cancellation policy mentioned in terms and conditions.

5. Modifications

• ServisDom reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
